TOILETS & CLEAN WATER PROJECT

In September 2013 the Rotary Club Moradabad in collaboration with Rotary Clubs of The Netherlands under the leadership of PDG Rtn. Albertine Perre and DG Rtn. Marion van den Brink took up ‘Project Moradabad Slums’ to construct 120 toilets and install 60 deep bore water pumps in 25 slums, rural areas and schools under Matching Grant from The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. SSG Foundation actively assisted in this project manually and financially. This project was completed by July 2015 benefiting approximately 20,000 inhabitants of these localities.

HYGIENE AND HANDWASH

SSG Foundation has been organizing training programmes in schools and slum areas creating awareness, regarding hygiene and hand washing, in collaboration with Government Education Department.
